1)  Issuing of Emergency Passport 
- Emergency Passposr is issued to citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, where the validity of their passport has expired a passport is lost or damaged. Emergency Passport is valid until 30 days from the time of issue and it is only for return to RM. 

Procedures and required documents: 
- The application shall be submitted in person at the Embassy of Macedonia in Stockholm, two color photographs with a standard size;
- Application with accurate information about the person; 
- If it comes to lost / stolen,  to submit a statement of the circumstances under which the aplicant remained without Passport, and confirmation from the police declared lost / stolen. In this case is need an identification document with photo. 

2) Enrollment in MKR and MKD
- Enrollment in MKD on the basis of naturalization (Article 7 and 11 of the Telecommunications Act)
