- passport, valid at least three more months;
- copy of the passport
- travel insurance
- one photo (47x36 mm)
plus
- written invitation from state institutions, trade companies or other juridical
bodies, verified by Notary;
- documentation, certifying the existence of trade, business and other type of cooperation
- written invitations by organizers of congresses, seminars and other manifestations.
b) for tourist and private visits
- written invitation by the person who guarantees the stay, verified by Notary;
- documentation for paid tourist services;
- written confirmation about the reserved tourist trip.

a) In case of a lost passport
- application form (to be filled in at the Consular section);
- certificate, issued by the Bulgarian police about the lost passport;
- document for identification;
- certificate for citizenship;
- two photos (4x6cm).

b) In case of expired validity of the passport
-application form (to be filled in at the Consular section);
- original passport;
- two photos (4x6cm).

Documents required for registration in the Municipality Register for new-born children
- application form (to be filled in at the Consular section);
- original Birth Certificate;
- official translation in Macedonian of the Birth Certificate;
- original passports of both parents;
- obligatory presence of both parents.

Documents required for registration in the Municipality Register for deceased
- application form (to be filled in at the Consular section);
- original Death Certificate;
- official translation in Macedonian of the Death Certificate;
- original passport of the deceased or his/her Citizenship Certificate.

Documents required for registration in the Municipality Register for newly-married couples
- application form (to be filled in at the Consular section);
- original Marriage Certificate;
- official translation in Macedonian of the Marriage Certificate;
- Citizenship Certificate.

Documents required for issuing Covering list for transportation of the deceased
- application form (to be filled in at the Consular section);
- original passport of the deceased person;
- Death Certificate;
- Document , issued by the Sofia Regional Inspection for Protection and Control of the Public Health.
- Information (data) about the Undertaker’s Agency, responsible for the transportation of the body of the deceased.
