Ministry of Transport and Communications published an announcement for sale of construction land owned by the Republic of Macedonia by way of electronic public bidding with the purpose of construction of commercial buildings – wineries.
The announcement refers to 12 locations that are located in the municipality Karbinci. Building lots subject to public bidding cover an area from 732 to 2685 m2.
The initial price of the public bidding amounts to 61 MKD per square meter, and applications for participation in public auction can be submitted by 31.10.2011.
Right to participate in public biddings have physical persons (citizens of Republic of Macedonia, citizens of member states of EU and OECD, as well as nationals of countries not members of the European Union and the OECD and under conditions of reciprocity may be eligible ownership of land in the Republic of Macedonia) and legal persons (domestic legal person, legal entity in mixed ownership, a legal entity established by foreign natural or legal person registered in the Central register of Republic of Macedonia, foreign legal persons resident in Member States European Union and the OECD, as well as foreign legal entities resident in countries not members of the European Union and the OECD which under conditions of reciprocity, may acquire title to land in the Republic of Macedonia). |
