The Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia stands  to disposal of all citizens of Macedonia, which reside in Romania (on different basis), as well as to all of the Romanian citizens, providing the following consular services:


• Legalization / verification of documents issued by public authorities of the RM, certified by APOSTILLE stamp, under the Hague Convention of 1961;
• Legalization / verification of certified translations of documents from Macedonian to Romanian language;
• Legalization / of official certified signatures of authorized persons, as included in documents issued by state authorities of Republic of Macedonia (authorized signers);
• Giving legal aid and counseling of citizens of the Republic of Macedonia (residing in Romania) and introducing them with legal regulations and legal provisions and procedures stipulated by the Romanian legal order;
• Mediation between citizens of the Republic of Macedonia and the national authorities of the Republic of Macedonia in issuing the official documents and respective procedures, according to the legal system of the Republic od Macedonia;
• Repudiation / Reporting of the residence of citizens of the Republic of Macedonia who stay longer in Romania;

In accordance with the Law on Administrative Taxes of Republic of Macedonia, for every service made by the Embassy, an adequate and defined consular and administrative tax is charged.


It is useful that the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia who reside temporarily or permanently in Romania and have need of legal regulation of their residence by the Romanian authorities,  to be informed of the following administrative and consular fees and tariffs (submitted by the Romanian Office for Immigration):

1. For foreigners who are members of the families of Romanian citizens:
 
 
а. 7 RON for Fee for a residence card (The fee is supposed to be paid to the Treasury / CEC BANK account of the state budget with no. 20330108);

b. 4 RON  for extra fee for court stamp for issuing documents, according to the Decision of the Government 1278/2002 d. regarding the methodology for applying the OB no. 36/2002 Mr. in local taxes and fees. The fee is supposed to be paid to the Treasury / CEC BANK account of the state budget with no. 21340202.

 2. For other cathegories of foreigners:

a. 120 Euros consular fee for extending the right of temporary residence OB no. 24/1992 Mr. regarding consular services and fees for the processing of documentation, with additional sets and accessories.
Fee, the RON, after exchanging the currency, is supposed to be paid to the Treasury / CEC BANK account of the state budget with no. 20330102 ;
Also, with the submission of other documents, the bill from the exchange office has to be submitted. 
 

b. 230 lei fee for residence permit. The fee is supposed to be paid to account no. CNIN RO05CECEB30033RON2244514 in the CEC BANK.
